Who am I?

Personal Trainer │Nutrition Coach

Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Coach

Andre Hutchinson

My own fitness journey began in childhood, where I was always concerned with my weight and fitness. It wasn't until college that I learned the power of consistent effort and dedication, which led to me losing over 50 pounds and making meaningful, permanent changes. What started as a personal challenge quickly grew into a lifelong passion and a pursuit of knowledge. The more I learned, the more I wanted to know.

This led me to earn my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at CUNY Brooklyn College. I became certified as a Personal Trainer, Nutritional Coach, and later as a Mobility Coach using Functional Range Conditioning methods. My goal was to gain a full understanding of how the body moves—not just to get maximum results, but to do so safely and effectively.

I initially considered a career in physical therapy, but I soon realized my true calling was in proactive health. I wanted to help people prevent injury and understand how to properly use their bodies, offering them the benefit of my 15 years of research. So many of us are told to exercise, but we aren't taught the fundamental principles of movement. I want to change that.

In the years that I trained clients, I saw that the food, health and fitness industry was either inaccessible, incomplete or incoherent.  Between simplistic, archaic or expensive approaches, a lot of clients have told me stories of their doctor essentially putting a bandage on a gaping wound, attempting a wacky influencer weight loss “hack” or mistaking that the latest fitness trend will reinvent exercise as we know it.  It's all a lot of noise that keeps you unhealthy and unhappy.  I’ve navigated these dark roads so that I can lead you with a clear path.

I’ve helped a wide range of clients go from relieving themselves of back pain with simple hinge corrections to no longer being diabetic!  I’ve taken clients to the grocery store to show them how to read nutrition labels and have witnessed a client leg press over 600lbs!!  I want what you want!

Admittedly, my journey began with a desire to look good, and I’d be lying if I said that wasn't a powerful motivator. But along the way, I discovered something more profound: the incredible feeling of using your body with strength and control. My mission is to help you achieve that same feeling—to have more ease of movement, agility, and strength, which ultimately leads to a higher quality of life.

It’s a tough journey but I”m here to help.  This isn’t bootcamp. I won’t fit you into a 1-size-fits-all program.  Your body is a vehicle for living and you're driving with your “check engine” light on.  Lets lift that hood to turn that blown engine into a V8. Let's work together to make that a reality.
