Andre is the most understanding and knowledgeable personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. He leads with compassion and confidence and his approach made me feel seen and heard. I was concerned about being a postpartum mom wanting to get back into the gym and Andre listened and created safe and appropriate training sessions customized just for me. With each workout I felt more capable of meeting my fitness goals and even on days when I struggled, Andre was right there to encourage me and to also modify anything that brought me discomfort. He even did extra research to incorporate ways to ensure that my workouts were safe and going to help me rebuild my core after 2 C sections. I am also strictly plant based and Andre made sure to send me only plant based meal suggestions which made a huge difference for my pre workout snacks and post workout meals. He always spoke in a calm tone and even had me laughing when I thought I couldn’t go any farther. With his guidance and encouragement I made it through every session. My only regret was not being able to hire him exclusively, as our schedules eventually did not align because he was so booked up. Everyone loved working with him as much as I did. He’s kind, funny, organized, always early and ready to go and you can tell he genuinely cares about people’s health & well being. Anyone would be fortunate to work with him. Especially moms who are looking for a compassionate trainer who will take his time and treat you with respect and empathy. He’s a rockstar trainer but he is also very humble and his professionalism is unmatched.

Working out with Andre … has allowed me to find my appropriate pace and increase my strength and flexibility slowly without hurting myself. When I first started training with Andre almost two years ago, my goals were pretty simple: I wanted to get stronger, lose weight, and finally feel like I had some accountability in the gym. What I’ve gotten out of this experience has been so much more than that.
Physically, I’m way stronger than I used to be. My lifts have gone up across the board, and I feel more capable and confident in my body than ever before. But just as importantly, I’ve learned how to fuel myself properly. Andre has helped me understand how to hit my macros, make smarter nutrition choices, and connect the dots between what I eat and how I perform. While we discuss nutrition during workouts, Andre has gone above and beyond to give recommendations for high-protein, low-carb foods on my off days. That education alone has been a game-changer.
One of the things I appreciate most about Andre is that I never have to worry about my training plan. He takes care of all the programming, and it’s always structured, challenging, and tailored to my needs & goals. He keeps workouts motivating and creative, especially when I’ve had to train around injuries. Instead of letting my tweaked knee slow me down, he finds unique ways work muscle groups around it to keep me progressing safely.
Accountability is another huge piece. Knowing he’s there, expecting me to show up, pushes me on the days I might otherwise skip. However, it never feels forced— he’s a motivator, a coach, and honestly, a friend. He genuinely cares about my progress and celebrates the wins with me, big and small.
Andre is also flexible and understanding when it comes to scheduling, which makes it possible to keep training consistently despite a dad-husband-boss life. I’ve gotten so much value out of working with him that I convinced my wife to start training with him as well. She’s loved it just as much as I have, and he’s been able to train us both simultaneously while focusing on our bespoke needs.
